Epcot Center Hydroponics

At the Garden Grill Restaurant at the Epcot Center, Florida, the cucumbers
are grown hydroponically in greenhouses behind the restaurant. When each
cucumbers is three inches long, a Mickey Mouse mold is attached to the vine
and the cucumber grows into it, they take about seven to ten days to mature.
