TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARRANTY POLICIES
At IGS all products are sold with the manufactures warranty. Most have a replace or repair policy at there discretion. Please call us first if you need warranty coverage or details and an RMA number. NO WARRANTY COVERAGE WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. You will not be charged for work that is under warranty, but some items the customer may be responsible for shipping and handling.

Hydrofarm Xtrasun ballasts carry a 5 year warranty. Most bulbs carry a one year warranty. Eye Hortilux bulbs carry a one year manufactures warranty that starts on the date manufactured, not the date of purchase. The warranty is a year or less depending on the date manufactured, and it could be months between the time manufactured and the time you purchase it. CALL FOR AN RMA NUMBER TO GET A CALL TAG SENT TO YOU FOR REPAIR AT NO COST TO YOU. In store customers can get a loaner ballast to use while we repair your ballast. Bulbs that are cracked or broken are not under warranty. If it was broken during shipping you must notify the UPS driver and refuse the package, and notify us within 24 hours. Ballasts are only under warranty if the seal has not been broken and all work must be done by a qualified electrician. If you open the ballast and work on it yourself you will void warranty and the customer will be responsible for all charges including shipping. We will always do what we can to make sure warranty work is done quickly.

ORDERS
Orders placed will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed- unless otherwise noted, excluding weekends or holidays, or if the product is backordered. In which case you will be notified of the backorder.

RETURNS
Most items have a 30 day money back guarantee with receipt. Items must be new and unused in the original box, original packaging and all original papers and instructions must be included. You must also call for a RMA number before you send anything back to us, and customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Up to a 50% restocking fee may be applied to any items returned without a RMA number or items that are not in new condition or without original packaging. All shipping charges are non refundable.

Nutrients, pest controls, charcoal filters, any liquids, and some bulbs are not refundable. Any items that are special order are also non refundable. Special order items will be clearly marked when ordering. Please contact us and ask us the return policy of each item before ordering to avoid any problems after purchase.
